Incepra®'s Vibrant Life

incepra®'s vibrant life journal

A three-month habit-building journal build around the habits that support a longer, healthier life

The real challenge is putting them into practice consistently, in the middle of a real week with all its everyday demands. The incepra® journal was built to bridge that gap, helping you set manageable goals and work towards lasting change for a more sustainable lifestyle that helps you feel healthier and happier in everyday life.

Inside the journal, you will find the reasoning behind the entire incepra® approach, drawn from decades of behavioural science research and insights and arranged in an order that makes change more achievable, beginning with understanding your own body and progressing towards habit building that no longer asks too much of you.

The cycle is long enough for a new habit to become established in your routine, yet short enough to feel like a commitment within reach. When one cycle ends, you decide where to go next, and the journal helps you identify the direction that makes the most sense for you.

Nothing in the journal asks you to become an ideal/different version of yourself or optimising every part of your life. It's about making change work for the life you already live, at a pace that works for you.

Built on behavioural science

The journal draws on decades of research in behavioural science, selecting the frameworks that best support each stage of behaviour change. This is not a generic habit tracker with prompts added. It is a structured tool with a solid scientific backbone.

Long enough to work, short enough to commit to

It takes around 66 days for a new behaviour to feel automatic. The three-month structure gives a habit time to settle; long enough to produce real change, concrete enough to feel like a manageable commitment.

Built for real life, not perfect adherence

The journal anticipates that motivation will dip. Rather than treating that as failure, it builds troubleshooting into the process in advance; helping you think through what might get in the way and how to adapt before the struggle arrives.

You decide what changes

The journal offers guidance, not instructions. You choose which habit matters most and what makes sense for your life. That sense of agency makes the process yours from start to finish.

A complete journey, not a collection of prompts

Every element of the journal has a reason to be there. From understanding to intention, planning, action, consistency, and reflection; the structure takes you through each stage of behaviour change, not just one of them.

The journal is designed to take a few minutes each day. Some reflection prompts require more uninterrupted time, particularly the weekly check-ins and the closing guided reflection at the end of the three-month cycle. The daily entries are intentionally brief to fit into an existing routine rather than add to it.

The journal follows a three-month cycle because this is a proven timeframe for a new habit to move from conscious effort to an integrated routine. Each pack of targeted nutrients covers one month, with three packs aligning with the full journal cycle. We recommend a minimum of three months to allow the behavioural and biological support to work in parallel.
